Fit for a feast: Roast turkey
In the USA and Canada, turkey is traditionally served on Thanksgiving Day, and often at Christmas, too. Today, many people in Switzerland also roast whole birds when catering for large dinner parties.
For anyone who fancies turkey, we offer whole birds for Thanksgiving and Christmas – and at other times on request and subject to availability.
